While the Connections Centre is closed, the rest of the 1^st floor - including washrooms, printers, and Service Desk - will remain open and accessible during this time.

During façade construction Mills’ 6^th floor silent study space, MacPherson Institute (5^th floor), McMaster Health Forum (5^th floor) and Learning Commons (2^nd floor) will be closed. We anticipate these spaces will remain closed for the duration of the Mills facade construction.

Silent study will be relocated to the 3^rd floor Laptop Room (L302).

The MacPherson Institute will close April 16^th, and remain closed for the duration of the project. All bookable classrooms and offices will be unavailable. Please contact mi@mcmaster.ca for more information.

McMaster Health Forum will be closed from April 14^th until September 8^th, but will continue to operate remotely. Please visit the their website or contact forum@mcmaster.ca for more information.

Lyons New Media Centre will operate, on reduced hours, a pop-up for equipment booking and 3D printing pickup in the 4^th floor foyer. Please visit their website or contact media@mcmaster.ca for more information and updates.

At this time, we do not anticipate that the operations of the Writing and Academic Skills Hub will be disrupted by construction. Please visit their website or contact skills@mcmaster.ca for more information. 

While the Learning Commons study space will be closed, the washrooms (including the accessible/gender neutral washroom), water fountain, Popular Reading Collection, and vending machines will still be available.

The Sherman Centre for Digital Scholarship space will close once construction reaches their section of the building. Services remain open. Please visit their website or contact scds@mcmaster.ca for more information.
