Yes, the Library is now open to both the McMaster University community as well as visitors (e.g. alumni, researchers, and community members). Please visit the Library homepage to view our current hours

All visitors planning a trip to the library MUST

  1. Upload your vaccine information (proof of full COVID-19 vaccination) using the McMaster Safety AppDownload the app on your mobile device OR access via a web browser.
  2. Complete the provincial COVID-19 self-assessment one hour before coming to campus, on any day you are coming to campus. Should you exhibit any possible symptoms of COVID-19, or are feeling unwell in any way, you should not come to campus.
