How do I pay my library fine?

If you have a library fine, you have some options:
- Students can pay the billed item in Mosaic.
- Instead of money, you can "pay" the fine by donating non-perishable food items. See Food for Fines, below.
- All other users must pay fines at the Mills Library Services Desk. We can accept debit/credit cards (no cash payments).
McMaster University Libraries is currently partnering with the McMaster Student Union’s Food Collective Centre to offer our users a unique alternative to paying your recall or reserve library fine - you can now pay with nonperishable food items. For every item of nonperishable food item you bring in we will lower your recall or reserve fine by $5.00.
